Admission

Our procedure for studying abroad is in two steps.

  1. The first step is to send us the documents listed below to create your application to the various institutions that may welcome you. You must send them to us via the application form.

  • a letter of motivation regarding the training or program (volunteer, Aupair) that you wish to undertake.

  • a copy of your passport or identity card

  • a digital identity photo with a clear background

  • the full names of both parents

  • a transcript of grades

  • a curriculum vitae

  • proof of payment of the application fee: 60 euros (as of August 2022, subject to change).

Note: Providing all the requested documents does not guarantee acceptance of your application, as this is at the discretion of each university's admissions committee. However, the application fee (60 euros) is not refundable. Only the tuition fee (minus the transfer fee) is refunded if the application is rejected.

2. As soon as the application is accepted by the university or the host organization (volunteer), the student can proceed to the visa application. The documents required for the visa application are

  • Official letter of admission provided by the university.

  • Passport (valid for at least 12 months after the return date of your stay)

  • Passport photo (x 4)

  • Proof of financial resources: if personal resources, provide the last 3 pay slips + the last 3 bank statements. If you are supported by a financial guarantor, provide a letter of financial support + the last 3 bank statements of the guarantor. In any case, you must have at least 708 euros/month for the 12 months of study, which is approximately 8500 euros/year.

  • Reservation of airline tickets

  • Travel and repatriation insurance valid in Turkey (at least 1 month before the planned date of travel)

  • Proof of accommodation in Turkey (rental contract or hotel reservation for the first 3 months + explanatory letter, etc.)

  • The visa application form: to be filled out online, by uploading all the documents mentioned above.

  • The visa application fee. The visa application fee is paid at the consular service of the embassy on the day of the appointment.

NB 1: Apply for a 90-day visa, which will be converted into a residence permit in the country of arrival to cover the duration of your studies (up to 12 months, renewable depending on the possible continuation of your studies).

NB 2: In case of visa refusal, the visa application fee (paid to the consulate/embassy, ) and the pre-registration fee (paid to the university, ) are not refunded at this stage.
